• Preliminary Assessment reports
• Site Investigation reports
• Decision Documents
• The Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) work plan
• Technical studies performed for the site
• Risk assessments, health studies and assessments
• Data or comments submitted by the public
• Transcripts of formal public hearings
• Responses to public comments regarding the selection of a remedy (responsiveness summary)
• The proposed plan
• A signed copy of the Record of Decision (ROD)
